When I arrived to my room I was met with a strong stench and also as if pest control had just sprayed, I had been traveling for hours but was too tired to switch rooms. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Clean towels every day, beds made and room cleaned every day. Breakfast was hot and full every morning.
